In two phases of the project construction, the construction according to the total size of 200, 000 square meters control. A total investment of 1.1 billion RMB, the construction according to the layout of axial symmetry, long 486 meters wide and 130.5 meters for domestic third-largest span at home. After the Completion, the International Convention and Exhibition Center will become a landmark in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Convention Center was the moon spheroid shape, meaning "bright moon out of Tianshan", with the length of 167.3 meters, the width of 84.9 meters and 50 meters in height. The difficulty of structure design and size to accommodate stuffs are in the front ranks of the similar constructions all over the country.
